We provide Sales and Service of Commercial Catering Equipment and Hospitality Supplies. Our extensive experience in the ‘Food Service’ industry ensures that we can provide the correct advice to our customers. We pride ourselves on our customer service both before and after the sale. Receiving repeat business from our satisfied customers is our Priority!

We have the ability to provide the complete package to our customers. For example, when we sell a Rational Combi Oven, we can unpack, deliver and position the unit on site, and use our own Technicians to Install and commission, and then we provide staff training.

We offer a one stop shopping experience, our product range is vast and we are the chosen distributor for many premium brands. We are committed to selling reputable brands that are supported with service and spare parts backup. Peter Silvestri

Managing Director

Peter has been selling Commercial Catering Equipment since 1995. As the business owner with his wife Lucy, His role is to oversee the operations of the business, including Sales, Service, Office and Warehouse. Peter has established many business relationships across Australia, and is well known in the Food Service industry. He is very passionate about selling quality equipment that provide customers with long term value for money and peace of mind. He has extensive knowledge, and specializes in Larger Conveyor Type Dishwashing machines, and has been involved with many of these installations over the years.

Lucy Silvestri

Director / Financial Controller

Lucy has an Accounting background, and is responsible for all company financials. She has over 20 year’s experience in Office Management and in the purchasing and selling of Hospitality Supplies. She has an extensive knowledge of Table Top products and is always looking for new and exciting products to offer our customers. Lucy is an integral part of the business and is well respected.

Specialising in both Equipment and Hospitality Table Top Supplies, Jim is a Valued member of the team. He's Passionate about his work and has an exceptional work ethic.

    Jaimie has been with Performance Catering Equipment since 2007. Being an ‘A Class’ Electrician, he offers extensive knowledge in the repair of all types of Catering Equipment. He is Highly Regarded and Respected, and we constantly receive positive customer feedback. Jaimie will go to all lengths to diagnose and resolve even the most difficult problems.
